Sit on the rash-preventing flap for a height of ~ 2 1/2" Sit on the opposite side of the rash-preventing flap for a height of ~ 2 3/4" Fold the rash-preventing flap underneath for a height of ~ 3 1/2" Yes, the product comes with everything pictured.
