Add this knee pad to Get RXd Linear Bearing GHDs

Knee pad makes mounting and dismounting the unit an easier task and prevents knees from sliding off the half moon pad when doing glue ham raises!
Please note the GHD Knee Pad will only fit on Get RXd Linear Bearing GHDs that have the (2) extra bolt holes added to the frame as seen in pictures
