Infinity Bands
When it comes to lateral strength building, the only limit to how you can use the Infinity Band is your imagination. It takes the multi-purpose elastic exercise band and expands and enhances its features. Lower Body Used to create comfort with resistance during any type of workout or drill, the Infinity Bands enable “weight-less” weight training. This includes lateral shuffles and external leg raises, which strengthen the adduction and abduction muscles. Upper Body To strengthen the muscles of the upper body, individuals use the Band to perform exercises like upward arm curls, triceps extensions and back flies for a powerful workout. Other Uses Infinity Bands are also used for more dynamic stretching, and allow for a steadier, more gradual increase in the stretch. Infinitely safer than traditional exercise bands, Infinity Bands are also portable, lightweight, versatile, and inexpensive, making them the fundamental building blocks of a home gym, Physical Education class, or fitness facility. Total Length: 28" Loop that stretches up to 104" in circumference Learn More-

Rumble Rollers
The RumbleRoller Manipulates Soft Tissue - Like a Massage Therapist! The surface of the RumbleRoller contains specially designed bumps that are firm, but flexible, much like the thumbs of a massage therapist. As you roll over the top of the RumbleRoller, the bumps continuously knead the contours of your body, gently stretching soft tissue (muscle and fascia) in multiple directions. This action erodes trigger points, helps restore flexibility, and brings quick relief to common types of muscular pain. By design, the RumbleRoller's bumps are firmer than muscle tissue, but much softer than bone, so they deflect out of the way if they contact your spine or other bony protrusions. Through simple techniques, you can control the amount of pressure the bumps apply to your body. The bumps are closely spaced to one another (< 2" apart), so several of them simultaneously contact your body during most exercises. However, with a slight shift of your body, you can reduce your area of contact with the RumbleRoller, which increases pressure and provides deeper, more penetrating relief. 31" or 12" If you plan to use your RumbleRoller in a single location -- e.g. at home or gym-- you'll love the full-size model, because its extra length makes it more efficient for performing many exercises. It's long enough to roll the widest part of your back in one pass; you can roll both legs (quads, hamstrings, and/or calves) at the same time; and you can even transition from one IT band to the other without moving the roller. With the Compact RumbleRoller, you'll need to roll each leg separately, and will spend a little more time repositioning yourself between exercises. The major advantage the 12" RumbleRoller has over the full-size model is its portability. At just 12" in length, it fits easily in your gym bag, backpack, or carry-on luggage. This makes it a favorite of many runners and triathletes who transport theirs from race to race. The Compact RumbleRoller's smaller diameter (5" vs. 6" for the full-size model) allows it to conform better to the curvature of some body parts, such as your neck. The Compact RumbleRoller also costs less than the full-size model, which may be important if your budget is limited. Compact RR is perfect for travel Original Density or Extra-Firm If you're new to foam rolling or have gotten positive results from any type of conventional foam roller, you'll want the original density (blue). Even though this is our "softest" roller, it's still more aggressive than any other foam roller on the market. The extra-firm version (black) is intended for experienced users with especially dense muscle tissue that doesn't respond to normal massage pressure. Learn More -

Are you tired of constantly having to adjust strap lengths for every athlete? How about buckles and excess straps being in the way? We have some great news for you! Our Quick Ring Straps have arrived with solutions for the traditional ring strap and buckle. The dual-carabiner hook system allows for stress free, easy adjustments in 3-inch increments. We've done away with the traditional strap/buckle design so there are no more pesky scratches that notoriously come with every ring dip session. The absence of the buckle also makes for a cleaner look, as there is no slack. The straps measure 102" in length (8.5') when fully extended, making these perfect for short and tall rigs. Add on 1.11" FIG Wood Rings or 1.25" Wood Rings to complete the set! **Price per piece; purchase in increments of 2.** Product Safety Disclaimer: It is the user’s responsibility to use gymnastic rings and straps in a safe manner.
